How to Create Harlequin Toile Pattern Digital Montage – 2 Prints Blended – Custom Shape Tool Photoshop

Please refer to the previous post which details how to find and use the Harlequin Pattern, which is located among the Custom Shape Tools.

Following is the way the work space looked at the end of the exercise:

The fabrics and papers merged are as follows:

 The Harlequin pattern, which is located among the Custom Shape Tool Options, was placed in the top layer, the gold toil on the second, and the grass cloth on the bottom.

 I Overlayed the Harlequin Pattern, which blended the tones.  Overlay is found in a drop-down menu that is hiding beneath the word Normal on the Layers Panel.  The photo above says Normal.  The photo below says Overlay in that place:

 I adjusted the color of the grass cloth, so that it was much more golden.  To do that, I opened the Adjustments Panel, which is in the drop-down menu beneath Window, which is on the top bar.  Image

I adjusted the curves, the hue/saturation, and the color balance of the grass cloth.
